    Mismatched Multiplayer Games


    I really just wanted to comment on one rather large problem in Ranked League multiplayer. I just started playing (level 6), and when I get matched up with another player, they are usually WAY beyond my skill level. Sometimes being matched with Level 50
    players. So, point being, is there a way to matched up with people a little closer to my level? I'm tired of getting my *** kicked by people who are obviously far more skilled at this game than me.

    Any suggestions?

    Mismatched gamertags

    Hello, When i sign into my account on the xbox website it comes up with as my gamertag however this is not my gamertag. My gamertag is asmy1992 and i can no longer connect to xbox live as it says ' the email address or password isn't valid
    for this account' presumably because my account seems to be linked to this 'dressierkitty' gamertag! Any help would be great!

    I tried to purchase game pass through my computer on the xbox store and I still get this error but only if I try to buy Game Pass ultimate.

    I am able to go through to the payment page if I try to buy either the PC or Console versions of game pass, but ultimate gives me this error.

    I purchased my prepaid gold membership from Amazon UK from Amazon themselves.

    My Xbox settings was set to UK, my billing address was also a UK address but I noticed yesterday when I checked my Microsoft account that was set to United States.
