Misleading sales

Currently there is 2 combo titles up for sale on the deals with gold page.

Saints Row 4 / Gat out of Hell combo for 7.50

Metro Redux combo for 7.50

However every time you click to purchase, the price goes back up to 30 per combo pack....fix this sale issue or remove it off of the sale page.

Misleading sales tactics

I purchased a Xbox one x yesterday. It came with a one month free game pass code. Everytime I attempt to use it it tells me this is for new members only. Except it does not say trial on the code, and on the box it also says "includes with one month of game
pass" I have had my account for many many years and do not want to make a new one simply to receive what I feel I've paid for.

Ultimate Game Sale Misleading

I just checked and it booted up as RE5 and it's in english. So I guess the wrong version of Code Veronica got uploaded? But how do I sort this out? No one seems to give a ***. Perhaps this is how it is with xbox live, once they got my money, they don't give
a *** about my problems.

It's not refund policy,

It's sales of goods act.

Selling product not fit for purpose or misleading in to purchase.

Ask for partial refund. Not as described so you want some money back for both misleading sale and to get it cleaned.

English and the locale is singapore. The region should be the one for asia. Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't work. I even tried changing it to US but it's still the same. I load the game and it's BIOHAZARD. I really think that the marketplace is
being misleading, THAT'S ALL.

Also, I downloaded resident evil 4 a few months back, but it works fine. It's in full english even though resident evil 4 and RE: Code Veronica X are included in BIOHAZARD REVIVAL SELECTION, which are both japanese but the english version of those two games
were originally not included in our marketplace in Singapore.

marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80243430822 I'm seeing it say on that page that it "supports" English- do you see any language options in the menus? If not, then let's try deleting and re-installing it.
