Misleading sales information

Well... I bought an Xbox One X online for my kids and a control.

A few days later I received only the control...

It has been 2 weeks and the console hasn't arrived.

I have called Microsoft and they advised they are not available in the country.

What really upsets me is that I wasn't advice at any point (like they do with other articles on their website) that there is no stock in Australia.

I understand everybody might have been buying consoles but you would spect for Microsoft to handle the sales process so much better...
