Misleading Promotions and Ill-informed sales representatives

I purchased a 3 month gold card in February during the "buy 3 months, get 3 free" promotion and am now, in May, being told that the promotion did not apply to my purchase after being told that it did prior to purchase by a Microsoft
representative. I was also told in May that the promotion only applied to three month subscriptions and not prepaid cards while the promotion in the screenshot is placed beneath "prepaid cards" on the Microsoft store. The promotion description also made no
mention of the fact that only 3 month subscriptions applied to the offer. The promotion placement was misleading and the customer representative fed into this misleading promotion by assuring me that I would receive a free 3 months after buying 3 months.

Misleading trailers

Trailers are so misleading. It doesn't matter whether it's for a movie or a video game. They are nothing but promotional. I always check out blogs, review sites, and forums to get information and honest feedback about games. Nevertheless, I wish that these trailers were more representative of the actual game.

Prepaid codes only count as a prior purchase and yes it invalidates your purchase of the promotion since you bought a different promotion. Aka the prepaid code
