Misleading offers in the Xbox One Store

Hi All,

I wanted to buy Starwars Squadrons on Xbox one from the Store and I saw that it was included in the EA Play subscription (screenshot included). Therefore, since the cost of the subscription was just 29.90 dollars + tax, I paid for it.

However, I saw later on that that I still had to pay for the game. I have chatted with the EA Support and they told me that the game is included (I have the transcriptions) and that I should contact the Xbox support.
I did it and they confirmed that the game is NOT included in the EA Play (I have the transcript). The only thing that is included in the transcription is a Trial and that is
NOT mentioned at all.

The Xbox operator helped me to get a refund but I am wondering how many people will make the same error not knowing that what is included in the EA Play subscription is just a Trial.

I think this is very misleading and that this issue should be solved ASAP.
