    A while ago I bought 8 bit RTS series, it consisted of 8 bit armies, 8 bit hordes & 8 bit invaders

    When I downloaded it, all I got was 8 bit armies, so did everyone else.

    Everyone posted their reviews stating that & the games description stated all 3 were included.

    I waited patiently for the other games to be released & noticed today, 6th February, that 8 bit hordes is now available.

    I expected it to be accessible now, but it says I have to buy it.

    I checked 8 bit RTS series and the wording has now changed to say all games are sold separately.

    It did not say that back when I bought it, it was called 8 bit RTS series, which means more than 1 game.

    As a result, I have been mislead and the description was entirely false.

    I therefore want a refund because I am not going to get the series I was originally purchasing.

    The order number is still in my purchase history but the product no longer exists and can no longer be bought.

    It was pre-ordered back then & I have been waiting for additional content.

    The new description states 8 bit RTS series is included with 8 bit armies and does not include all 3 games.

    It also states it cannot be bought separately.

    Very odd isn't it? considering it is labelled a series, but it's no longer available!

    I was mislead when I bought it and the description at the time was obviously fraudulent.

    It stated all 3 games were to be included in the series, but now says they aren't.

    How are they allowed to do this & why wasn't I automatically given a refund?

    I reported the game, on xbox one itself & stated there that I wanted a refund for false advertising.

    I can't automatically get a refund as the time has expired, but the description has been changed to cover their backs.

    Where do I stand now?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums today. In regards to your inquiry of 'where do you stand now' in regards to the game

    8-Bit RTS Series    , the game itself does state on the description: 'THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT UNLOCK ANY CONTENT. '8-BIT ARMIES', '8-BIT HORDES' AND '8-BIT INVADERS!' ARE SOLD SEPERATELY'

    If you already attempted to request a refund and if it was denied there's nothing else we would be able to do for you in regards to this. I apologize for the misunderstanding due to the name of the game.

    We will be locking this thread as there is no other solution in regards to this inquiry.

    Hello, thanks for the response. I tried that as a first stop, not long after the game launch and a lot of other people started to complain as well. Guess what, no response after contacting them twice regarding the issue, and I can assure you it did say
    that, just read all the reviews, some of which have migrated to 8 bit armies.

    I tried that too, several times before I posted here. Funnily enough, they experience technical issues whenever I mention the game & then I cannot type any more.

    The chat worked perfectly fine before that.

    I am also aware that nobody on the forum can issue refunds, I wasn't here for that.

    Please try reading peoples problems before jumping in with a response, I asked where do I stand now?

    You may want also want to reach out to SOEDESCO (the publisher) as they would be responsible for what's listed with their product. If it did previously say that, they may be aware of the issue and resolve it for you.
