Misleading customers/false advertising and refunds?

I purchased the modern warfare re mastered edition of infinite warfare due to the claim that the remaster would never be sold separately. As of right now it is only speculation that the stand alone remastered modern warfare will
be available on the one but the chance is high due to the stand alone release announced for the play station. My question is how does Microsoft/xbox handle refunds for developers who mislead consumers into a purchase with a definitive no it is not going to
be sold separately? Only thing I did with infinite warfare was load it up and never played it and I am probably not the only one who bought infinite warfare just for the remaster.

Better Business Bureau & False Advertisement

What is the legal definition of false advertising? Or the elements required to prove false advertising? Just so we can differentiate between that and normal advertising, which is always to some extent false and misleading.

 

XBox Live 3-Month Subscription Promo Never Received

MS is lying to its customers. Using misleading tactics to get their customers to buy 3 moths with a false promised to 3 and additional 3 months. Its a lie.

Well why are you complaining if there is no official word on a seperate version

Rumors are just rumors

Doesn't mean they will or are true

 

And yes internet can lie

Rumors is not a valid or canceling official words of a company just like the high chance wow was going to be free guess what ,5 years in and it's still not free dispite blizzard saying no and the rumors say next year

They don't answer to you Activision answers their stock holders

 

Activision has a month exclusive time frame with Sony, which MW Remastered was officially released June 27th on the

PS4. So we might see the game around the 27th of this month or in August.
