misleading advertisement - "free signature and sea of thieves"

I registered to try the FREE trial of Microsoft TODAY, because i wanted to test the game: Sea of Thieves. The first FALSE thing in this, is that when i tried to play, they said i have to sign in xbox gold also (in the main banner, they doesnt mention this,
so YES, its MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT, and in my country this is a serious crime). So, once xbox gold doesnt interest me, i canceled the signature imediatelly, (exactly 6 minutes after my sign in). Anyways, so far so good, but my credit card just informed me
that Microsoft USED my card to pay some OFFICE stuff, WITHOUT my authorization. I tried to contact support, but got no answer, support is offline in chat (even if it says they are online). I need help to cancel this RIGHT NOW, otherwise i will look for my
rights, because i don't want to give a single dollar to a company that treat their customers like this. Thanks and sorry for my bad english.
