    MISCROSOFT is SCAMMING BUYERS


    I have called and been transfered 5 times in a 45 min call. I've spoken to 5 reps from 3 different departments and 2 of the same departments. I asked for a refund the rep said "hold on I'm looking up your info" He proceeded to hang up and put in the system
    my case was closed. They have already taken $344+ dollars out of my bank account and I still haven't even spoken to a rep about a refund and cancelling my pending xbox order. I've also tried calling with skype and it says I have to pay to make any calls and
    I've never used skype in my life.
