I, too, always get Error Code 121010 when logging on. The Games FAQ was no help: I did a search on Error code 121010 and got 0 results.

try power cycling your console, to do this you will need to hold the power button down on the face of your console for 10 to 15 seconds once you have done this turn your console on again and you should get a green xbox screen.

Try deleting it and installing yhe version update 1803 and/or 1809 that fixes this error

EA didn't take it seriously, and then said that the problem was caused by Miscrosoft.

So neither EA nor Miscrosoft fixed it in time.

Some one say it. It's not like this is the first time EA would be accused of something like that... I think it's a little naive to think the Xbox needs a whole platform update to make one game work.

Me too, I hope a mutual agreement between miscrosoft and playstation etc. can be established.
