¿Por que no me aparecen juegos de Xbox live en mi GT?

En mi tarjeta del foro no aparecen mis juegos, quisiera saber por qué es un glitch o es por que tengo activado lo de control parental que no cualquiera puede ver mis juegos y mis logros

a esas opciones, porque la pestaña no me funciona le doy encima con el A no me manda a ninguna lado
