Mirror's edge issues

hello there,

im having some problems trying to download the free game of the month - Mirror's edge

im getting this error:

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again.
credit card is added, when im downloading other games for 360 via backward compatibility for xbox one it works, had no problems with forza horizon and other games
anyone else having this issue?

Games that deserve sequels/Games people need to know about

Mirror's Edge was one of the few truly creative/innovative games this generation. I think EA is too busy wrecking Bioware to bother publishing another Mirror's Edge at this time.

I would love a Mirror's Edge 2, the first one was a blast.

And Sword, Brinks "free running" wasn't attempting to be more than Mirror's Edge. Brink's devs made an analogy to it saying Mirror's Edge was a free running game with light FPS elements while Brink was a FPS with light free running elements.

 

Ok I've been struggling with this too, here's how I fixed it:

The problem comes from the regions mismatching, i.e. Trying to download from the uk store from a US registered console etc.

The problem was, I was downloading from the uk store to a uk registered console, but my IP address was located in California for some reason. Something on the ISP side.

Go here and have a look at what it says your location is
http://www.findmyip.org

If it looks wrong to you, you could restart your router and check again until it looks right, or do what I did; go to Xbox.com on my mobile device using my data plan and "purchased" it through the website.

Hope this helps you, it had me *** for days and the Xbox support team were effing useless.

 

I wanna download this but it keeps trying to charge me, I'm not putting my card on there, cause it's awful to get off and I just dont want it on there.
