i brought some puzzle in the middle of doing it froze now they don't show and the tokens are gone how to fix this?

my account has reacently been hacked so and i had microsoft points on the account the hack offed to different peoplewhen i checked my messages and it was 1600 on the account now its 80 thats it

I am reporting a bug that happens, specifically after you unlock thumbs up thumbs down on easy mode in this game. It'll let you know you unlocked it, when you hit okay after receiving that notice, it'll seem to go to a loading, and it will stay on that loading.
When you close it out and open it back up, it will load up like usual but when you hit puzzle, it will not let you choose puzzles or different difficulties, it will simply crash. So when you load it, you only have the option to choose two games you just recently
played on it, that wont crash, otherwise the rest of the game becomes useless.

Please fix this bug, I tried to uninstall and reinstall, and it says its a microsoft's game. It's not worth even spending money on if it does something like this and makes the rest of the game completely useless. I already left a review also.

I don't expect much of any replies but I do expect it to atleast be fixed with an update maybe, if the time is avaliable. Thank you.
