So i just bought a xbox card that had 20$ on it. I go to redeem it and it says something went went wrong on our end. So i try to redeem it again and it says the card has been redeemed and the money was not transferred so yall just took my money it very aggravating i have seen so many problems with the new xboxs and the currency that u guys have fix your **** this is why many bought the ps5 instead

They may be able to help you with this situation. Xbox Ambassadors are unable to fixed any form of payment/refund issues. The best decision would be to speak with Xbox Support.

its amazing that when it comes to money i dont get a response i love it mircosoft is a **** company after being on xbox for over 10 years it gone downhill thanks for wasting my time

You don't necessarily have to use a credit card, you can also use a debit card which should be provided by your bank providing you have sufficient funds in your bank account..

They will continue to sell cards in dollar amount just like they do with Microsoft Points. The changing to local currency eliminates microtransactions for credit card users though.
