Minus V Bucks ( -14500)

I recently had a refund on some V Bucks that had been purchased by my Grandson on my account without my knowledge & permission but when i logged back into the Fortnight game my balance for my V Bucks was in the Minus -14500 at the moment.

I tried contacting epic games they were not interested they said i should contact Microsoft. So i contacted them but it was the US site they said i should contact the UK site & explain to them what i had told them about what has happened. I did so & was
told that they had refunded my money but because the V bucks had been used to buy items thats why they debited my account -14500 which was more but it was reduced because i tried buying something to see if it would go back to zero but did not work. Lost that
money as well! Why did they not just take back the things that were bought? Or tell me i cant have a refund because we cant get back the things you have bought. At this present moment in time i have not had a refund as i would have to buy aprox £80 of V bucks
to purchase an item on my Fortnight Game ???

Any Help would be appreciated !!

installations, games and apps that are having trouble launching or update, hardware issues, and Microsoft billing and account issues. The issue that you are referring to is an in-game issue. The negative balance is something that is incorporated through Fortnite
by
the developer. Therefore, you will need to reach out to the developer to find out how the negative balance is applied and for what reason. We hope this information helps!

Hey,

Fortnite uses it's own virtual currency named V-Bucks.

You should be able to purchase V-Bucks with your Xbox currency and with those V-Bucks purchase in-game items on Fortnite.

If you purchased V-Bucks through the Microsoft Store or PlayStation®Store, log into Fortnite on the corresponding platform to update your balance before accessing other Shared Wallet supported platforms.

WHY ARE THE V-BUCKS I PURCHASED NOT SHARED ON ALL PLATFORMS?
Currently, only PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services support the Fortnite Share Wallet. This means that your V-Bucks balance may change depending on which platform you are on. Examples:

Example 1: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased by PC.

On PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services, your balance will be 1,000 V-Bucks.

On Nintendo Switch, your balance will be 0 V-Buck.

Example 2: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased via Nintendo Switch.

On PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services, your balance will be 0 V-Buck.

On Nintendo Switch, your balance will be 1,000 V-Bucks.

Example 3: 1,000 V-Bucks purchased by PlayStation. 500 V-Bucks earned by unlocking Battle Pass tiers on any platform.

On PlayStation, Xbox, PC, Android and Cloud Gaming services, your balance will be 1,500 V-Bucks.
