    Minor account


    When i first created an xbox live account i was a minor so my account was set up with child security setting and i was told they would be removed when i was 18. I turned 18 about 2 months ago however my xbox still recognizes me as a minor how do I update
    my xbox to allow me to remove these settings

    Hello,

    "Parental approval" is needed if your account is open for a minor. In this case the minor account should get permission from the parent's account to play certain games.

    Was gonna say I never had to use a cc once sorting out my sons account.

    Can you not change the region on MS website? Also can you upgrade it from a minor account to an adult account?

    I take it your sons stores are in dollars?

    Since you are trying to ask a review for a minor's account (a minor's account can't ask for a case review) you should do it through the parental account related to the minor's account in question.
