Minimum purchase spend for MyVIP?

Hi - I'm thinking about being a few DLC packs that are relatively cheap (just over half a dozen at less than £5 each).

I'm wondering whether these will be individually be eligible for MyVIP credits? Does my "2% back" cover all DLC purchases regardless of the cost?

How much left to next rank?

As mentioned in our sticky on the forums, we will not be re-calibrating MyVIP ranks this year, so you will not lose your current progress. However, if you are still interested in knowing your total MyVIP spending this year, with your purchases on the 25th
you are currently at 94% progress towards your next rank. The minimum spend threshold is the minimum amount you must spend in a year to reach that rank. Therefore, you must spend 600 GBP to reach your third star and 900 GBP to reach four star MyVIP. Note that
the threshold listed is the amount required to reach each rank, so yes, if you spend 600 GBP to reach rank 3, you would only have to spend 300 GBP more to reach rank 4, since the minimum requirement for that rank is 900 GBP.

xbox live rewards points not received

Hello ACEBLAISE1976,

You have a US Rewards Account. Since your purchases were made in a non US currency, they were not eligible for Rewards. Only Yyour Mass Effect Andromeda purchase was made in USD, but since it did not meet the 60 USD minimum requirement, it did not complete
the offer automatically. We will adjust in the missing change for you, but keep in mind that for future offers, you must spend the minimum required to complete the offer. You should see the change by the end of next week.

Rebates are calculated per every £6 you spend. So the actual amounts of the individual items you purchase don't matter, but you won't receive the 2% back unless you spend £6. Anything you spend under that will roll over to the next month and be added onto
your total amount of purchases for the next month.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Your DLC purchases are covered by MyVIP payback. As outlined in our FAQ:

For every £6 you spend during the month on eligible items in the Xbox Store, you'll earn Reward Credits based on your current MyVIP Star Rank. Any outstanding funds will be rolled over into the next calendar month (i.e. if you spent £52.20 in July, you would
earn xx% of £48, with the existing £4.20 rolling over into August's balance).

For MyVip: subscription, pre-orders, and in-game consumables are not eligible purchases. To increase myvip you need to purchased games post launch, tv/movies, avatar items, season passes/DLC. Once you hit the minimum spending threshold for 1 star ($300 USD)
you begin earning rewards on those purchases.

We only see one purchase on your account on July 23 for 6.75 GBP. A five star rank requires 1200 GBP in eligible spending off the Xbox store. Since you did not spend this amount, you did not reach five stars. Your total spending of 6.75 GBP puts you at zero
stars. This means that you do not get payback. From our FAQ:

What is MyVIP?

MyVIP is an exclusive feature of Xbox Live Rewards that gives members a certain percentage back in Rewards Credits for monthly purchases made in the Xbox Store. In order to start earning MyVIP, you have to unlock your first star by spending at least £200 on
eligible content. While eligible purchases you make track towards your year-to-date Star Rank, your MyVIP Star Rank is recalibrated each year based on your previous year's spend. As your MyVIP Star Rank grows, so will the percentage you get back each month.
Plus, if you're an Xbox Live Gold member, your percentage doubles, and you can earn up to 10% back each month in Rewards Credits.
