Minesweeper Premium: game lost track of my Daily Challenge login completions?

Hello, I purchased Minesweeper Premium on November 1st. Unfortunately my subscription appears to have lost track of my login days.

A Premium subscription removes the ads, offers additional Badges, and makes it possible to properly track achievements such as "Log in each day of an entire month and complete at least one Daily Challenge."

But today I logged into Minesweeper and noticed that the counter that tracks my sequential "Days Completed" stat is failing to update for today's login. It is stuck on yesterday's login and the daily counter has not incremented, even though the calendar
says Nov 11 in-game and is offering today's Challenges.

Could someone please look into this? I am playing on Windows 8.1.

There is another Arkadium game that I started, Taptiles, which is also failing to update the daily login counter. Taptiles always reads "Days Completed: 0" no matter what I do.

I am worried that the time and effort (and subscription cost) that I'm spending in the Minesweeper Daily Challenge, for an entire month of Premium, will be wasted if it's randomly dropped me in the middle of the month from the daily tracking. If I purchase
another subscription, what reassurance do we have that this won't happen every time?

I found my daily challenge coins being reset.

*All* of my MS Surface games reset the Daily Challenge values this morning (Minesweeper, Solitaire, Mahjong).

Update:

Does the Daily Challenge stat "Days completed" mean # of Days PLAYED, or is it (for some reason) currently tracking the number of Days completed with PERFECT completions?!

Yesterday's Hard challenge for Nov 11th was a 4-star Expert board, requiring 106 detonations within 109 moves. I had given up on it after six unsuccessful attempts. After noticing that my "Days Completed" stat *still* wasn't moving once I'd finished today's
games for Nov 12th, on the offhand chance that my tracking progress was being hampered by that incomplete game, I went back to the Expert challenge and managed to squeak through it on the third try.

Much to my horror, once I had finished it, my Days Completed stat instantly incremented by two days to read the correct number of Days played this month.

Okay then so what's the story here?

Either the definition of "Days completed" has never been made clear in the Help instructions, or this is a pretty strange bug.

Is it possible that the reason my other game (Taptiles) is constantly reading "Zero Days Completed" entirely because I cannot finish any of the limited-time Hard difficulty Daily Challenges there?
