    Daily Challenge Broken After Update

    The daily challenges are broken for many games right now: Solitaire, Mahjong, Minesweeper, etc. Also, I was getting those errors before I updated, so I don't think it's related to the update.

    Broken Achievement in Minesweeper (WP)

    I have a broken achievement in Minesweeper for windows phone. I have tried all solutions from chat support and TA. Nothing fixes the problem. I've tried uninstall/reinstall, re-earning achievement, etc. Nothing unlocks it and a good deal of time has passed.
    Xbox support chat said there seems to be nothing wrong with my account so they are unsure why it fails to update and add to my Gamerscore. I'm hoping considering Microsoft is the publisher of the game, that a solution is somewhere out there.

    Win 8.1 upgrade breaks Minesweeper when system locale is Chinese

    Thanks for the information.

    I know Win 8.1 doesn't break minesweeper if system locale is set to English. However my parents cannot read English so it is totally broken for them. Hope it will be fixed when they are still alive....

    And what's broken about it? What platform are you playing on? Are you getting an error? We could assist in help troubleshooting if we had some more details about the error you're seeing.
    Windows 10 … latest everything. This is an old, old, old problem and every thread gets "closed" after a few people say something about it. There is no problem with Microsoft Casual Games and no problem with Microsoft Solitaire … but Sudoku is broken …
    Minesweeper is iffy but Sudoku is really broken. No one understands why it cannot be fixed.

    I only had minesweeper, I have loaded mahjong, it plays ok. Minesweeper still immediately fails to the error code

    Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN

    I have been reading about Sudoku being broken for a long time. It works and then it does not. I have updated, uninstalled, reset and every other thing suggested by the many, many people that keep saying the same thing.

    The app is broken. I have uninstalled it because when you click on the app it comes up … circles for a while and then disappears. It is broken.

    My Windows 10 is always up to date and the apps are up to date as well.

    Sudoku and Minesweeper do the same things. No problem with the Live Xbox apps … solitaire and ultimate word games. No problems at all.

    Apparently, it is NOT we users that are the problem.
