    Well seeing Mojang and xbox support are no help with resolving issues on a civil level and always have to repeat with them and still get nowhere

    I am having trouble with mineplex server with the cosmetics where all i see is purple and black chequered boxes where the padlocks should be and importation of saved worlds are not working properly as they do import but do not remain

    please keep in mind all troubleshooters are done and dusted with failure to resolve any issues

    any help would be nice

    This is an in-game issue and it will be better if you contact Mojang support or post in their support forums. There is no other way to solve in-game issues.
