Minecraft's website not detecting my account.

Yes I have tried to reinstall the launcher a multiple times now. It just doesnt work. As soon as it opens it goes blank with a flickering loading cursor.

With issues like these, we recommend to log in to your account on Microsoft Account website. If there's no issue detected on your Microsoft account, then I'd advise you to contact Minecraft support for further assistance.

I can log onto the website, but not on the account with my Minecraft account.

That is indeed strange, if order was showing on your order history page you don't have to worry recovering your game license.

On the Minecraft page, have you tried the option to reset the password for your account again? The page should detect your Microsoft and Minecraft account when you attempt to reset the password.

Try signing in your account first on the https://account.microsoft.com website. Once you are signed in, go back to the minecraft login page to sign in with Microsoft account. Mine has been detected automatically upon doing this and you'll see your profile and username on the left if successfully logged in. If you have the launcher still installed, try to re-login on the Minecraft launcher.

If you could provide more screenshot it would help so other members here in the community might see the problem as well, just make sure to cover your personal information.
