En algunas ocasiones los juegos que descargamos o compramos en la descripción nos dice en que dispositivos son compatibles suele decir "xbox", "PC", o "xbox y PC".

Lo invito a que verifique en la descripción del juego en que dispositivos puede jugar, espero le ayude este consejo.

I got it from a code given by xbox. When I went to redeem it it had said that the code had been redeemed when i never redeemed it.

Ooh my god, contact the support right now! Only the Microsoft can help you with it, maybe they send u the same code that another person
