Minecraft xbox one world won't load

Yesterday I was carrying on work on a project on minecraft xbox one edition. I'd been working on it for about 3 months or so and it was nearly finished, but today I went on minecraft to finish it and I saw that my save game didn't have its usual thumbnail
next to it. Also at the bottom of the screen, where it highlights how much space the world takes up, no space was highlighted, as if the save took up no space. I then pressed a to load it up and nothing happened. I could load up all of my other saves fine,
but not this one. I tried turning off my xbox completely to clear the system cache and I've deleted both my profile and minecraft, and re-installed them but nothing has worked. Is there any way to recover this save because it took me so long to get to this
point, and all of the time I put into it has been erased completely.

I can't load my worlds please help.

Okay so when i try to load my worlds it crashes and goes back to the Xbox 360 dashboard it will let me load Minecraft but it won't load my worlds please help.

Minecraft Xbox One Help

My minecraft xbox one saved games won't load and the icons have reverted back into the original icon. Is there a way to get them back? Making new worlds seems to work but the old saves still won't load.

Hi,

Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

My 7 year old son has encountered the same problem but its with EVERY world he has created. That's a lot of work he has put into the game gone!

I cleared the cache and also uninstalled and installed the game again yet no difference.

I feel sorry for the lad as he had created some good stuff.

Any help would be great!

Try deleting the game save from 'Console Only'

This is a fairly common issue, There are 3 things you can do to help this. Clearing your ''Local saved games''. This allows you to re sync your game data and game saves from the Xbox Live Cloud, do this by going to your xbox one settings, storage then Clear
local saved games.

Secondly, now go to settings, network, network settings, advanced settings, Alternate MAC address, Clear. (This should restart your console.

Now re load minecraft and re sync your game saves, Happy Gaming!

I would suggest you to contact Mojang support for in-game issues, meanwhile making a copy of the world you create is always a good idea to avoid such issues.

If you didn't make a.backup of that world,.you may need to start a new one

This won't allow you to connect to your son's friends, but try disabling internet access and then loading minecraft. That should at least let your son access his worlds.

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I want you not to worry about the situation because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.I wish you a lovely day, and I hope this helps you out!
