Minecraft Xbox One upgrade for $4.99 is not showing up on my xbox one.

If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it. There was another thread about this matter which is locked now, and one of the support personnel said to make a new thread.

I have a physical disc for 360 and it has been about 70 hours since I last played on my 360.

It is on the same account and I was logged in the whole time. If I can see achievements on both systems, I assume that it is verified.

I am just wanting to get this price today, since there is a chance that they might end the deal after tonight for being 1 year since the release.

Minecraft not offering me the 4.99 upgrade

I have purchased the xbox 360 version of minecraft but when i get on my xbox one and try to upgrade in the store it only gives me the option to buy it for 20$. Is there something i need to do to get the 4.99 upgrade?

I have minecraft for xbox 360 and just got an xbox one. I last played it on the 360 Monday and the promotional $5 upgrade price is still not showing up on my xbox one console after having it for 3 days now. Please help me get the discount, thanks!

Obviously make sure you are using the same profile that purchased the content, but the only other thing I can think is log on to your Xbox 360 and launch Minecraft to see if it applies an update. If there is an update, this should be what is needed to trigger
the discounted purchase price. Also, are you trying to do this from the Xbox One or from the website? If you are doing it from the Xbox One, try the website and see if you get a difference result.

It was updated on Tuesday, trying on both xone and website.. No go so far.

now I am pushing 72 hours so I will try again.

hopefully they don't end the deal tonight..

 

I can't get it to work either. Says 4.99 on the site, Click purchase and comes up at 19.99. Garbage
