Minecraft Xbox One Trouble

Okay... I've tried everything I can think of and I still can't fix [Mod Removed - Profanity]

• I own Minecraft for Xbox One on digital

• I've owned and played this awhile on digital

• I have Xbox Gold and Game Pass

• My Xbox Live all works - I can access the internet fine.

• My Minecraft account won't load properly. I have access to my offline worlds, but all my online data is not loading.

• I can't buy anything at the Marketplace. It's telling me to sign in to my Microsoft account - I have

• This was happening before I uninstalled Minecraft and reinstalled it. As I said, I've tried everything I could think of.

• I've signed out of my Xbox account and back in

• I've turned off the system itself and back on.

• It says that my Microsoft account is not set up

• I have a Microsoft account and it's linked to my Xbox One Profile

• I've signed in and then out again of Microsoft

° When I go to my Xbox one account through the website that is attached to my email, the profile is not me

• On my Xbox One, I still have access to my actual gamertag and games.

• I want to fix this so my Xbox gamertag and information are the same on both the website and on my Xbox One.

• I also want to fix why my Minecraft game won't connect to the internet.

• Again, it's only the game that won't connect. I still have full access to the store and whatnot.

It does happen with me aswell from time to time. I just quit my game by pressing on the home button on my controller, selecting Minecraft on the menu that pops up, then use the menu button on controller and select quit of that menu.

Then reload my game.

There was also an update that was released yeaterday.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with online data and signing into your Microsoft Account.
In reference to the saved games, Try this article:Syncing Xbox One game saves to the cloud error messages.

I recommend logging into your Microsoft Account on Xbox.com to verify the gamertag for the account. If the gamertag is not the same, it is possible you may have another email.

I recommend to
contact Customer Support for further assistance with the Microsoft Account.

Give this a try and let us know the results.

am not sure if its related but i have seen a few posts and a few streamers having trouble with this on different platforms i.e pc and playstation it could be a minecraft issue and not an xbox one
