Minecraft Xbox One S Realms not working

Hi! I have issue (btw sorry for my bad english).

Basicly I tried to play with my friend on bedrock edition multiplayer, so he bought Realms and now we especially me have an issue,

I can't join Realms on my xone S minecraft edition, whenever I try to press "JOIN REALMS" button it says "You cannot play online multiplayer through Xbox Live because of how your account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy & safety settings on
Xbox.com".

I tried many methods but none of them worked, firstly I chacked if my Live account is singed up than if servers are up and all were correct.

Than I reied changing settings as said but everything alredy was on allowed, last thing I checked to make sure I'm not on "child or teenager account" and I were alredy on adult one. So basicly everything should be working fine but is not.

Can I get help as soon as possible please ? I really want to play with my friend I'll be very thankfoul if anyone could solve my problem.

Hi there! If you only have Minecraft Xbox One Edition, it won't work on Realms. You will need the single/self titled Minecraft game to play on Realms. More info here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/minecraft-realms-overview

I was having the same issue the other day. I've looked pretty hard to try and figure out why it acts as if it's pulling up the Microsoft Store when you try to purchase a realms subscription but it doesn't actually do anything.

The Minecraft Realms FAQ states that you can purchase a realms subscription in-game through whatever platform's store that you're using if it runs on Bedrock edition rather than Java. Java Edition requires you to purchase a subscription through the Minecraft
Website from what it looks like.

I am using a normal Xbox One, so I'm assuming it doesn't allow regular Xbox One players to start a realm due to the specific wording of this paragraph from the Minecraft Realms FAQ

WHAT EDITIONS OF MINECRAFT SUPPORT REALMS?

Realms is currently available on the Java Edition and the the latest Bedrock Engine-based version of Minecraft available on mobile, Windows 10 and Xbox One S and Xbox One X consoles and Nintendo Switch.

Only including the S and the X in the wording is what leads me to that assumption, but hopefully someone else can confirm that.

Sorry I can't be of any more assistance, but who knows, maybe it's just a whacky UI bug that doesn't allow us to purchase realms that will get fixed in the future.

Hi about this thing, it says i can join or invite after clicking play in main menu and selecting friends. But after i do that it says i cant play online

it says i have privacy settings wrong or something but everything is fine after i duble checked
