Minecraft Xbox One launches and then goes right back to dashboard after opening screen

My kids got Minecraft Xbox One for Christmas (its the disk version). They played it for several weeks with no issue but within the last few weeks, when they launch it, it shows the opening splash screen and the goes black and back to the dashboard. I have
searched the forum and see the issue reported in September with a few suggestions (i.e., reboot, unplug, delete data, uninstall, reinstall, only do with one remote on, go offline, check disk for scratches etc). I have tried all the suggestions and none work
for us. Other games work fine and based on what I'm reading, it seemed to be an issue others are receiving. Does anyone have any other tricks they could offer. Stinks to have such a new game (which they love) and they can't play it. Thx

Xbox Slim keeps resetting itself

Hi,

My Xbox has been doing this on and off for a few weeks. Whenever I try to do something, i.e. play a game, download a demo or anything, the system resets itself back to the Xbox logo title screen, then goes to the dashboard.

If I try to select "Play Game" right after the dashboard appears, the screen will go black for a few seconds, then reset back to logo and dashboard.

Whats the problem?!

Xbox 360 slim boots me off games and says 'opening'

My Xbox 360 slim keeps booting me off the games I'm playing and goes back to the home dashboard. Then it constantly says "opening" and the Green Dot in the middle of the power button constantly flashes, but the disc tray just doesn't open. And when I try
to open it, it opens, but before I can grab the disc or grab anything for that matter, it shuts and the screen goes back to opening. The "opening" thing repeats a few times and then it'll go back to the game. Then it all repeats itself. What do I do?

I am having this same problem. I spent an hour on the phone with technical support trying to reboot and reinstall but in the end I got nowhere. I hope someone has a fix. This is the only game my kids play.

When the Xbox is on, press and hold the Xbox logo on the front of the system and hold it for about 10 seconds or so and it will force shut down the system completely, the power brick will turn yellow to indicate it, then turn it back on and it should be
good to go.

Mine does it

1. After I play a downloaded game and try to play a disk game right after.

2. I start a game and it requires a update, after it updates the screen goes blank.

To unfreeze my screen I have to open the disk tray. And either the game will play or it will go back to the dashboard.

I noticed that we both are using a jumpdrive for storage and don't have a Xbox 360 HDD, maybe that is our problem.

I go to launch the game, and once I click play game it goes to a black screen to initiate it's loading, but it goes back to the dashboard saying This Game Cannot Launch, MW2 Failed to Load.

Minecraft ran an update on xbox one and now it wont launch. It just goes back to the home screen.

we tried a hard reset but this has not worked, any advice?
