Minecraft XBOX ONE issues

Hi i have xbox one X

Using the XBOX version of minecraft off disc.

My son has account linked as family, only for offline play for us as don't want to allow online play at his age.

Have previously provided coins/purchased coins for him to get new worlds with no issues, however with most recent ones they do not download. Have about 11 worlds that he has tried and they are not working (listed below) and all show as "downloading".

Have reset console/power cycled to no avail, wasnt sure of other options, I think if i delete the saves from the console this will lose all purchases as we dont have xbox live account.

Please let me know if any fix??

My suggestion... uninstall the game and reinstall it. Go to the marketplace to your worlds you bought and one by one you should be able to download them if you are still having this issue. Thats what I ended up having to do. I ended up having to redownload
almost all my worlds I bought but thats okay because they all work now. Some were old worlds that were stuck and some were new. I waited for each one to download and install before moving on to the next one to make sure there were no possible issues.

Sorry to hear that you guys have found yourself in this situation.

If you haven't tried yet, I would suggest removing your son's account and then redownloading and then redownloading it as outlined in

How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One.

If that does not do the trick, there's also this little trick that I like to do that resolves a bunch of general problems that you may have concerning your console. When you get a chance to goSettings>Disc
& Blu-ray>Blu-ray>Persistent storage and clear it 3 times. After doing that, go to
Settings>Network>Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address
and clear that alternate MAC. The console will say it needs to restart to apply the change, so let it do that then see if you can access those worlds again.

I made the attempt to fix this issue on my console using the second suggestion because there is no way I am removing my account from my xbox and it didn't work. I still have 6 works that are stuck on downloading. Some of them are new to me and have never
been downloaded and some of them are old ones attemtping to download an update to the world but can't. I am VERY frustrated that I cannot access worlds that I paid for. What else can I do to try and fix this????????

I have the same issue, seems to be stuck on inspiration Island download which is stopping all the new ones I've paid for downloading.

I can't find a way to tell it to cancel a download.

I also have a blue exclamation mark on the store and on inspiration Island.
