Minecraft - Xbox One - Favorite Edition

I purchased the Xbox One Favorite Edition for Minecraft on the 12 August. The original price was R249 however on discount is was R169. I was however charged R249 (149 from my Microsoft credits and R101 from my credit card). I sent a screenshot to support
and they asked me to post on this forum. Please could you let me know how this can be correct - and for the discount to be credited back.

DLC not transfered over from old to new Minecraft Xbox successfully

I have a problem with the DLC transfering between the Minecraft: Xbox One Edition and Minecraft (new). As Mojang said your DLC from the Old Minecraft should transfer over to the new Minecraft. That worked for all my DLC but the DLC that was included in the
Minecraft: Xbox One Favarites Edition (That’s the Version I own). It just didn’t transfered over to the new Minecraft.

Information (if needed to help me:

Console: Xbox One S

Old Mineraft: Digital Version of the Minecraft: Xbox One Favorites Edition

New Minecraft: Digital Version of the Game Minecraft (I was not in the Beta)

 

Minecraft DLC Issues

My family has spent a lot of money on Minecraft content over the years. We have purchased most of the texture packs, and we own several skin packs for Minecraft: XBox One Edition. We also have the "Family Favorites" disc edition of the game. Our problem
is that we can't find a way to use the mash-ups, texture packs, and skins that we have purchased with Minecraft (Bedrock/Better Together). Are players/customers going to have to repurchase the DLC for this new edition of the game? If not, how are we to access
our purchased content in Minecraft for Xbox One? We don't play online, but we play together almost every day. Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is our family's favorite game to play together, this cross-platform play does nothing for us. Are you leaving players/customers
like us out in the cold?
