Minecraft xbox one edition

Hi, I played for more than 36 hours at Minecraft Xbox One edition and still I can not redeem free version "Better Together ", when I go to the store as an option to buy 19.99 euros, I contacted Microsoft by phone and say that the Problem is that the game
does not detect the 5 hours played, but my game stats say 36 hours, can you solve?

The Minecraft i have is so different than my friend

I was bought Minecraft but not played it till now but i see so many different things than my friend I have (Minecraft - Buy Minecraft - Microsoft Store) he has (Minecraft: Xbox One Edition - Buy Minecraft: Xbox One Edition - Microsoft Store)
so why there are two different editions to xbox one? why i can't download the
Minecraft: Xbox One Edition?

Do you own the game on Disc? If so, try placing the game disc inside the console, launch the game and then check the store to see if the offer shows up. It may take some additional time for the appropriate offer to show up.

Yes, I have the game on disk, for two months I play in Minecraft and I check the store very often but it is always paid

 

Have you played Minecraft often since posting? Some have found success in playing for 5 more hours after inserting the disc inside the Xbox One console and then checking the store. As mentioned in the previous post, this offer can take some time to pop up
for all eligible users.
