I bought the game January 31, 2017. I went to go play it yesterday and it said that I don't own it. I hard reset my xbox and tried to play it again and said the same thing. I feel like i've been robbed. My GT is

Cant unlock

I purchased the digital Minecraft in the windows store on Xbox one, and i also installed the Minecraft: xbox one edition that was in the ‘ready to install’, but when I play the Xbox one edition, it says unlock full game, but I already purchased Minecraft,
and when I click on unlock full game, nothing happens.

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like you purchased the Minecraft game on your account and now it's asking you to purchase the game again. I definitely see how this issue can be frustrating. The best solution for this issue
would be to
Contact Us and speak to someone with customer support. Another option to do is to check on your Microsoft account to go back through the order history on the account to check and see if you can see the purchase. I hope this information was helpful in resolving
the issue.

Contact Xbox Support so that they can take a look at your entitlements and assist you with this.

Java Edition you won't be able to purchase from Xbox. You will need to purchase it from Minecraft .net

If you mean the Bedrock Edition that is crossplay enabled between Windows 10, Xbox One, mobile and Nintendo Switch you will need to purchase the game for each platform.

Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Xbox One is available on Gamepass.

Which version of Minecraft did you purchase the DLC for.@ DLC for Xbox One Edition wont work on Minecraft (Bedrock Edition) and vice-versa

Minecraft is not included in play anywhere if you purchase win10 edition you need to buy xbox one edition also

Hi, Minecraft XBOX One Edition is out of support. You will be taken to the Microsoft Store as you need to purchase the Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Only then should it go without problems

How long ago did you purchase the game? Are you able to see it listed in your purchase history on account.microsoft.com? Have you tried deleting the game from your console and then re-downloading it?

So I checked my purchase history, and no, Minecraft is not there. Here's the thing. I have Minecraft: Xbox One Edition still, but not Minecraft. (Minecraft: Xbox One Edition is an old legacy console edition of Minecraft, just like the Playstation 4 Edition
and Xbox 360 Edition. Then Mojang put Minecraft on the Xbox One into Bedrock Edition, and EVERYONE who had the Xbox One Edition of Minecraft, got the new, simply named Minecraft for free.

I don't know if Minecraft: Xbox One Edition was a Xbox Game Pass Game, but I bought that digitally.

So I uninstalled Minecraft just now and now it isn't in my ready to install, and it is saying I NEVER BOUGHT IT and I don't even OWN it. It used to say you own this game, but since I uninstalled Minecraft, it doesn't even say that anymore.

Now I don't even have it at ALL.

Edit: I bought the Xbox One Edition of Minecraft probably at least 3 years ago. Then they came out with Minecraft on the Xbox on Bedrock Edition, and everyone who OWNED it beforehand, got the new and improved version for free since they had already bought
the old version. I don't even think they update the Minecraft: Xbox One Edition anymore.

So basically my money was stolen, and now I have to pay more if I want Minecraft back.

(sorry if i sound angry, i just really love Minecraft, and my friends and i get on this EPIC world almost every day together and have fun. Now i can't do that anymore...)
