    Minecraft: Xbox One Edition not showing


    I bought an xbox one bundle with the software version of the game. I had to uninstall some other games and had accidentally uninstalled it. It's not in my Ready to Install tab, or in the store, I would like it back.

    XBOX Better Together not showing up under Ready to Install

    I bought Minecraft Xbox edition and was looking to get Minecraft better together edition for free. XBOX Better Together is not showing up under Ready to Install. I have met the 5 hour requirement to receive it. Looking for some help.

    The Minecraft i have is so different than my friend

    I was bought Minecraft but not played it till now but i see so many different things than my friend I have (Minecraft - Buy Minecraft - Microsoft Store) he has (Minecraft: Xbox One Edition - Buy Minecraft: Xbox One Edition - Microsoft Store)
    so why there are two different editions to xbox one? why i can't download the

    Hey there, Andrew!

    If you uninstalled the game by accident, you should be able to redownload it through the Microsoft Store.

    Try going to the Store page on your console and search for it there.

    It should come up with an option to redownload it to your console.

    You can try though to remove and redownload the account following the steps here on

    How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One
    and see if it lets you afterwards.

    If that does not work, I would contact
    Xbox Customer Support

    Give that a try and let us know if that resolved the issue

    Syncing worlds on minecraft works one way but not the other with 2 xboxes

    Please do make sure that both consoles are running "Minecraft", and not "Minecraft Xbox One Edition".

    While "Minecraft" is able to load "Xbox One Edition" worlds, you can't save/import "Minecraft" worlds into the "Xbox One Edition".

    Check the game tile before you play the game:

    Minecraft Xbox One Edition has "Xbox One Edition" in the name itself, and shows the game Character "Steve" with a pickaxe and a dog leaving a forest with some critters following them.

    The Xbox Minecraft without "Xbox One Edition" is only named "Minecraft" and shows the game characters standing on a hilltop with several animals and mobs around them.

    So really make sure that you are using "Minecraft" on both console, and not "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" on your original Xbox One, and "Minecraft" on the Xbox One S.

    Do you have the old "Minecraft Xbox One Edition", or the newer "Minecraft" (without the Xbox One Edition)? Or do you even have the Xbox 360 version?

    The "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" shows the Minecraft character Steve with a pickaxe in hand coming out of a forest, followed by a dog/wolf and a creeper.

    The "Minecraft" shows several Minecraft characters and animals on the top of a hill.

    The old "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" is now discontinued and won't recieve updates anymore. It has been replaced by the "Minecraft" without Xbox One Edition in the title.

    Since you have a physical disc, there was an offer that lasted until February 2018, where you could get the upgrade to Minecraft for free if you played at least 5 hours before January 31st 2018. But that offer has ended, and you can't get the upgrade to
    Minecraft for free anymore.

    All games you have installed on your console will be automatically updated when you start the game, or when the console is in "Instant On Mode".

    If you are talking about a different Minecraft, please tell us which version you have trouble with.
