You'll want to check http://commerce.microsoft.com to make sure the purchase did not go through before trying to repurchase the game. If it does show it was ourchased, you'll need to try checking
your ready to install section 6o reinstall it.

The game still shows as on sale so if you do have to purchase it again, the price should not be an issue. However, once the sale does end, it would no longer be possible to purchase it at that price unless it goes on sale again.

As was the case with the Halo Reach/Fable 3 bundle, Fable 3 saw a significant sales boost that holiday while Halo Reach stood still even though both games saw the exact same bundled sales. I was tracking those sales for close to two weeks for a similar debate.
That's the one huge flaw in sales numbers aside from bundles to begin with. Digital copies are never tracked.

It means that this bundle is currently not for sale on the marketplace. The bundle may be on sale at a later date.

I believe until January 1st or so. It may last a couple days longer, but it is said to last until January sometimes. So you have a lot of time to pick one up for that price.
