Minecraft Xbox one Bedrock not starting

Evening all,

wondered if anyone can put my son and myself out of your misary. Everytime we try to play minecraft on the xbox one (bedrock) the mojang logo comes up, then a log white screen followed by being kicked to the xbox home screen. Ive followed all the trouble
shooting xbox has, as well as completly uninstall and reinstall and still the same happens. Has been like this for 3 days now. Any solutions about?

Minecraft for XBOX has two different versions, bedrock and Minecraft Xbox One. You can only play together with the same one, as I am pretty sure Bedrock edition is outdated, but I could be wrong on that.

Is this on Xbox One S? What minecraft version is it? Bedrock or Xbox One?

You playing on bedrock or xbox one edition.

I got the xbox one s minecraft bundle so i believe bedrock.

Thank you for that insight.

If you do have an external storage lying around, we could attempt to install the game there and try playing it from your external hard disc drive [EHDD].

In order for you to use an EHDD on your console, you do need to meet certain requirements:

Hold 128 GB or more
Connect via USB 3.0

When you first connect, Xbox will prompt you to format your device. You can use it for Xbox games and apps, or for personal media such as pictures, music, and video. [Xbox will treat devices that don’t meet the above requirements as
media storage.]

If this is an option for us, I would like to test it. Could you please provide us when an update if this is possible?
