    Minecraft/xbox account hacked.


    My minecraft account including my entire xbox account was hacked and replaced with this mail adress: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I have already ran a microsoft security scan but it didn't find any malware. Previously my minecraft and xbox account were linked to the account i'm currently on and under the name Dark_Pog_420. When I try to login with this account it shows the screen to make a new xbox account. When I try to login on the minecraft launcher, it shows my gamertag, but the email adress is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?

    I appreciate the response.

    I understand that the hacking incident happened pre-migration era however I'm afraid you will need to know the Microsoft account that was hacked and associated with your Minecraft account in order to recover your Minecraft.

    Once you know the Microsoft email account, try to contact Microsoft Xbox Support again to request for an escalation to recover your account from the hacker.

    If you migrated Minecraft to your Microsoft account, and it was this account that was hacked, it will be the one you have to try to recover.
