    It sounds to me like you just need to generate another random world, or try a seed. If you do a google search for "Minecraft 360 seeds" you can find a bunch of seeds with descriptions.

    My random world has no desert at all and is mostly snowy forest and I've seen many wolves in the snowy forest area. If you have an area like that you might want to check it for wolves before you generate a whole new world. The sightings are pretty random
    it seems like. Sometimes I'll see four or five in a pack, sometimes just one and sometimes I can't find any.

    lol yeah on all the seeds ive been on it only rained once and that was my cousins seed. Heh, its very funny about one block of snow in a forest biome nice. I wish it rained more like the chance of it raining In skyrim
