    Unable to play minecraft offline with my newer xbox 360. Always forced me to play tutorial. Learned that I needed to transfer license information. So i did. After this, I reinstalled minecraft, from my download history and was prompted with a required
    update (1.6GB). So I installed update. After update installation was complete, re-started minecraft and it prompts that I require an update again (1.6GB) So I installed this update. When this was complete, re-started minecraft and things seem to be working
    fine, so exited game and started to re-download some packs and mashups, that were previously purchased. Once this was done, started up minecraft and it prompts again, that their is a required update (1.6GB) Cancelled and checked storage on xbox, under games
    (minecraft) their is an update (1.6GB) already installed a couple of hours ago (the first time I installed). So, format xbox and re-install minecraft, prompted to install required update (1.6GB). After update installation, started up minecraft and it is prompting
    me to install required update (1.6GB). By this time it is midnight and i gave up and went to bed. Unfortunately, where I live, 1.6 GB takes about 2-3 hours to download. And yes, each time I agreed to start downloading of update, I waited 2-3 hours for it to
    complete. Making sure the xbox didn't power down, etc.

    In the morning, I deleted minecraft from the xbox and re-installed it, was prompted to install required update (1.6GB), so i did. Everything worked fine and perfect. Exited game and re-installed some packs and mash-up, previously purchased. Checked it
    out and everything is working fine and perfect. Exited game. Came back a couple of hours later, started up minecraft. Once again required update (1.6GB) needed.

    Now its the afternoon and I am on Xbox forum, to see if anyone knows whats going on. Have already sent the same message to Mojang support and am waiting for a response. Thanks, in advance, for any help!

    Buying 1 copy of game

    Hi.

    I'm want buy one copy of Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition on my X360. But my brother have an account on my X360 and he loves Minecraft like me. If I buy MC (by MS Points) on my account, then download it on HDD - can we two play with saving world, archievements etc?
    Is there any risk of getting banned or something?

    I thought I got more achievements in Minecraft X1 than Halo MCC, I need to fix that. I've about 40% completed MC X1 edition and 1% (8 achievements) for Halo MCC. 100% completed MC X360 edition (mc = minecraft).
