Minecraft X box one

We bought the City world for Minecraft on our X Box one, when we go to download it it will pop up and say the the download failed. We have tried all the steps that is suggested in the support forum, buy it still will not download. What can I do to get it
to work or to get the credits back so we can buy something else. Just so it's known, we did but other things before this purchase on the same day and they worked just fine

Minecraft DLC I purchased not transferring

Hello. A while back I heard about a program that would allow you to purchase DLC on the X-Box 360 version of Minecraft and that this DLC would then transfer to the X-Box One version once you purchased Minecraft for the X-Box One. Unfortunately, for me,
this does not seem to be the case. I followed the directions listed here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/games/minecraft-dlc-save-transfer , but
to no avail. Also, I should note that when I purchased Minecraft: X-Box One Edition, I purchased it for $5 since I own the X-Box 360 Edition. I have waited several days since my purchase of Minecraft: X-Box One Edition to see if the issue would resolve
itself, but it unfortunately has not. I know for fact that I have purchased each of the Mash-Up packs, several texture packs, and a few skin packs on the X-Box 360 version, but for whatever reason, I cannot download any of them for free as advertised. When
I go to Manage Game I cannot see any DLC, and when I go to See All Available DLC it asks me to purchase the things that I have already purchased on the X-Box 360. I would simply like to have this issue resolved and be able to use the content on my X-Box One.

getting games from another person's x box

I recently purchased an x box one s for my grandchildren. Before that they played on a cousin's x box one that lived with us. he suddenly moved out taking the x box with him. now some o fthe games my son in law purchased including Minecraft are on his
x box and not on the new one. is there any way to get them transferred to the new one that we purchased?

Sorry to hear it. If you haven't already try power cycling by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If that doesn't work you can try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed content so you
won't need to reinstall that.

Hello thank you for the information Yes now it is clear, we have the previous version Minecraft X Box One edition and when we try to install the new Minecraft, it is on the Store with a price for buying

Is there any option to contact with the store for check if we could download as the promotion by free? We have a lot of hundred of hours payed in the Minecraft X Box one

Whenever I select that I used X-Box it gives me two options. 1. X-Box 360 2. X-Box One. I didn't use any X-Box's on this account.

But I was wondering how much evidence I need to get my account back. I filled in 4 passwords but that seems that you need more evidence. I didn't use skype, I didn't use outlook I didn't use an X-Box 360 or X-Box one and the only thing I bought was Minecraft when it still belonged to mojang.

Outlast is X-Box One and I have installed, on my X-Box One, 360 games/dlcs that she had purchased (on her X-Box).
