Minecraft Worlds won't Sync

Hi, I just recently got a Xbox Series X and wanted to play Minecraft on my main world. However all the worlds I had on my previous console are all greyed out and won't sync the user data, no matter what I do. I have three worlds I REALLY don't want to see go, and I honestly won't have any drive to even want to play this game if it's just gonna snake all my progress that me and my friends have spent HOURS on playing, Building, and just enjoying ourselves. I've tried many methods that the Internet has suggested and nothing works. Uninstalling and reinstalling, going to my older console and making copy's and trying to resync the world, deleting all data, reinstalling and resyncing all data NOTHING is working. I honestly find it ridiculous that we even have to jump through these hoops over this but I'm out of options, please if anyone can help that will be appreciated. Thanks.

Based on your description, it seems to be that you have problem with synchronizing your Minecraft World's.

I understand that you've already tried everything with troubleshooting but still the problem isn't solved. To help you further, how about if you try to sign out and sign in back your account and see if works.

If the problem is still the same, I would recommend contacting Mojang support team for further assistance. In this way they would be able to check on your account and help you further with troubleshooting. It's best to work with them since they have the right tools for troubleshooting. Hey there hanaeerb!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to your world loaded up.

The soft reset you tried is a great and thorough troubleshooting step to try.

I would say that if that did not work, clear your local game saves, remove your profile, reset your network connection by turning off the console and unplugging your network hardware for a couple of minutes, then add the profile and try again.

You can clear your local game saves by going to Settings> System> Storage> Clear Local Saved Games, and the steps to take off and add your profile can be found on

If those things don't work though, you might want to refer to Mojang support
for information on that specific error.
