Minecraft worlds will not sync

A few months ago my xbox one died, managed to get it rebooted to factory default and working. Went to play my minecraft and only half the worlds were there because "your other xbox is taking to long to sync to cloud" made sense because its the same xbox
so it will never finish syncing. Rebuilt my worlds upto today. Went to record my achievement world for minecraft had to make a new account to show getting the achievements as I had mine. when i signed onto a different xbox only half my worlds were there. I
then resigned onto my xbox and the same thing only half of my worlds were there (old saves from before the crash). and will not sync. Is there anyway to get them back or am I at a loss again?

Syncing Data.

Tried to load up a world on minecraft and it says that I need to sync it in order to play it. I click sync and wait for it to complete which takes quite a while due to the world size. when it gets to 100% it comes up with a message saying "sorry we were
unable to sync at the moment" does this mean that my world has been corrupted.

when im talking about syncing im not on about the first sync when you click play game on the minecraft main menu, I mean when I select one of my saved worlds.
