Minecraft Worlds not working?

I've tried it in the minecraft preview and it works fine, but i would prefer to play it on regular minecraft since I play a lot of cross-platform with my friends and they wouldn't be able to join me.

Hey, so I tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, then resetting my MAC address, and then clearing my local save data. I noticed soon after that new worlds appeared at the bottom of my list that took up only 0.01 Megabytes of storage, and they wouldn't load either. I also looked in the files for Minecraft and they weren't there.

But before concluding that tell me exactly what did you tried to fix this
In that way I can suggest other solutions

It’s hard to now, maybe a recent Minecraft update

But just to cover everything from your side I can suggest you two more things:

A. Do a factory reset for your console but keeping games and apps
Go to Settings > System > Console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps
**Make sure to know the email and password for all your accounts

B. Perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

**if maybe you’re using an insider build you need to leave the program first

OK i'll report the problem to minecraft. I just don't know what I did that could've resulted in this.
