Minecraft worlds not sync properly across Xbox’s

We understand that you are having issue synchronizing your Minecraft world across Xbox Series X and Xbox Series One. Let us check on this together and sort this out. We will do to the best in our capability to assist you with your concern and help you back to gaming.

Here are some fixes that might fit to your concern. Please follow the steps below and see if it resolves the issue.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

Sign into your console with the account that you previously saved your Xbox One Edition world with. Launch Minecraft and select Play from the main menu. On the Worlds tab, select Sync Old Worlds if your existing games haven’t already been migrated.

If the problem still persists, it would be best to reach out to Mojang so they can help and guide you with the necessary steps to perform to prevent any issues such as the deletion of your world.

You can sync worlds from Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to Minecraft for Xbox One (bedrock edition) in game,
but you cannot sync the content across, as far as I know.

Unfortunately I don't think the created worlds in Minecraft sync across platforms despite the ability to cross-play. Sorry!

Do you have a backup save on PS Plus servers? You can recover the data from there.

I believe there is no cross-progression between the versions.
