Minecraft Worlds backed up?

Hi there Spastic welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. We are not Microsoft, we are gamers like you! But yes, games automatically are saved into the cloud! So you shouldn't worry about doing a factory reset!

Hahaha! Well that certainly is good to know. I wasn’t quite sure what “syncing” included. I suppose I could go online with that world just to have it sync.. would anything happen to it? Hmm. Technology... I wish there was a way to view cloud storage. Any other words of wisdom for saving before a reset?

And where do I find out more about playing worlds offline vs online, such as benefits or problems I don’t otherwise know about?

I recommend starting your world while online so you have it synced! Well there are no problems when you play online or offline, the only downside of playing offline is not having your games synced with the cloud!

No! If you play the world completely offline (no internet connection at all) unfortunately this won't upload to the cloud, unfortunately.

Hello and thank you for the quick reply. Speaking directly about Minecraft worlds, we play some of them offline because of our internet connection, will these offline worlds be saved to the cloud once we go online to play any other world? Or do all Minecraft worlds need to be loaded independently while online to be synced to the cloud? I guess it’s confusing because we play offline and online.. because of bad internet. How do we know for sure what is saved? We already lost our best world once and it was pretty terrible.
