Minecraft world sync not working

So on my xbox I've done a reset, and I was trying to get back onto my minecraft world, so I tryed to sync from the cloud, but the sync keeps failing, the world size is 344mb and the world has always been a little bit problematic like having bad performance and not being able to upload to realms.

I cant access my worlds for minecraft for two weeks now. Tried syncing that doesnt work.

I understand. Try what I suggested before to download save files for the game from the cloud. If it was previously saved, then it will be retrieved.

To retrieve a save from the cloud, Go to My games & apps.

- Highlight the game.

- Press the Menu button and select Manage game and add-ons.

- Go to saved Data and clear local saves.

- Then, Select the game tile, and then choose Select all to make sure all available content gets installed.

- Select Save changes and wait for the content to install.

- Relaunch the game.

So the game is minecraft, im not downloading dlc, im trying to sync a world onto a hard drive, but the world cannot sync as there is an error.
