Minecraft world not syncing from console to console

Alright so I got the new Series X back in November and I recently wanted to play Minecraft on my new Xbox as on the old one the game is very slow as the world is very large. It took minutes to load into. I booted up the game and was shown my worlds as if they were properly synced however, the world file size was only 35 MB. The world in it's original state was around one GB. When I load into the world it's only synced for the chunks that were rendered when it was transferred. Everything else is newly generated. This is a major issue as since my world is very large I am missing almost everything I have. There's also large chasms that go through the entire world. Though I'm certain that's caused by the world being in experimental.

Things I've tried that didn't work.

1. I've tried deleting the game from my library

2. Deleting the save data and reinstalling

3. Re-syncing from the other console

4. Resetting my game/Xbox

5. Loading different copies of the world

I'm fine with the massive holes in the ground as long as I can get my base back. I've heard about the realm trick but that is the last thing I want to try.

Thank you for the reply! I have tried this method but it's nowhere to be found in the transfer menu.

May I know if you still have access to the console that haves the world?

If that's the case, did you tried using the network transfer tool to pass your progress?

I was checking for similar threads... but it seems that the best option for you is upload the world to realms, then download it on your Series X:

You can sync worlds from Minecraft: Xbox One Edition to Minecraft for Xbox One (bedrock edition) in game,
but you cannot sync the content across, as far as I know.

When you play the new Minecraft on your Xbox One console, you’ll will be able to sync your existing worlds from the Xbox One Edition. Additionally, if you have a Realms subscription then your realms will
also appear on your Windows 10, iOS, Android, Kindle, or Gear VR devices (if you own them).

To sync your worlds from the Xbox One Edition to Minecraft:

Sign into your console with the account that you previously saved your Xbox One Edition world with.
Launch Minecraft and select Play from the main menu.
On the Worlds tab, select Sync Old Worlds if your existing games haven’t already been migrated.
Select the world that you want to migrate and wait for conversion to complete.
Your world will now sync to the new Minecraft when you sign in.

In addition to world sync, certain skin pack, texture pack, and mash-up pack purchases that you made on the console will also be available when you play the new Minecraft, and on your other devices.
