Minecraft World not downloading or syncing

i reset my xbox before bed. when i started it back up to play, my world i had been working on was not there. I tried syncing old worlds. It showed up and the date it last synced was about a month ago. It had lots of data missing from it. For a little while
it would show up on my husbands xbox. I made a copy of the wrld so maybe i could sync that. It showed up on my xbox but would not sync because “the last xbox was not done syncing or the file is corrupt. Try again later.” Now his xbox will not even open minecraft.
HELP! I spoke to xbox support and he said try it again in an hour...nothing has changed.

I would move on from this but i have lots of work missing from this world. ;(

Hi, I’ve had Minecraft PE on my iPad and built many worlds. Since the Better Together update and having downloaded Minecraft on my Xbox One I tried syncing my worlds across from my iPad but they don’t come up? Please can someone help me!?
