Minecraft world gone after power failure

I was happily playing in my one year old Minecraft world when all of a sudden the power went. 2 hours later I restarted my Xbox One and Minecraft and everything was fine until I came the selection of the worlds - my world was gone! I have already tried to
clear local saved games and re-install Minecraft with the hope the system would sync the game from the cloud but this did not happen. Mojiang does not provide any technical support.

Any idea what I can do to get my Minecraft world back?

Hi my name is Sam today there was a power outage I went on minecraft to play my good world, but it was gone just wondering if there is a way to get it back

So after the Bedrock edition of Minecraft came out, my sister and I tried out Minecraft after years and years of not playing it. She'd host the server on her Xbox and I'd play on my PC. Great! It was fun, we spend days on the world, making and mining so
much stuff, working on big projects until... The power just goes off and on turning it back on, the world is gone and is not under the
Recover Old Worlds tab. And after emailing Mojang, with them telling me to go to the Xbox Support Site, and the bot suggesting articles which don't explain how the problem was fixed ([MCPE-35692] World deletion after loss of power - Jira) unless I'm just
blind. So if anyone can help that'd be massively appreciated. Thanks!

 

In-game issues are handled by game developers so I suggest you to post at their forums for assistance

most likely you would have to talk to the developer to get this issue resolved they would be able to help you with your problem

 

I have approached the developer - they only provide technical support for the computer version of the game but not for consoles. Other than that they only provide account support but not technical support.

Don't forget - this is Microsoft, they are not really great when it comes to consumer support ....

 

try check the game save on the cosole

Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage
game. In the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down to
Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller.

It is a very bad spot if that happened to me I would quit playing that game just like that I would get really mad!!

 

I have not played since ... will take me some time before I touch this game again if so ... I played my world for about one year together with others ...

 

Found the saved data but did not help. Also after deleting these on the console and synchronizing again the world does still not appear, only 2 other worlds that I also have created are still there.

Normally if it is a in-game issue and everything else is coming up right, it usually would be best for you to contact the developer and see if there are other troubleshooting steps you can do.

However if you wanna rule out some kind of console software issue on the console's side, I would recommend doing what we call a soft factory reset.

Basically follow the steps to reset your console and keep my games & apps

PS: Make sure that if you follow that step you have easy access to your network (password for your wifi or wired in) and all the sign in information for the accounts on your console before you reset so that everything goes smoothly.

1-Power cycle your console.

2-Clear local saved games.

3-Delete your profile from your console.

4-Redownload your profile.

5-Make sure you're connected to the Internet and launch Minecraft.

Wow, I have carried out these steps in the past for a different problem but that problem needed different actions, thus I did not have much hope this time. Guess I was wrong !!!!
