Minecraft won’t work

unfortunately it won’t work. i’m logged into minecraft on another laptop, is it possible to see my email address in the minecraft launcher?

Please follow the steps below to try to fix the issue;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game but if it's the same issue, then you can contact Mojang support through this link;https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/ne.... They also have direct support. When you click on the link, you have to fill out the small form with a query.
