Minecraft won't work

Just bought mine craft Xbox one edition and it will only allow us to play in trial mode, or pay another 30 dollars for the favorites. Is there any way to just play regular Minecraft with the game we already bought

Minecraft Realms won't work

Make sure you have set your profile in the Xbox settings to shared and public, many games require this to play them online.

On the Nintendo switch verison as well as windows 10 and moblie. i am not on a child account and i have the correct setting enabled

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly check and validate if your subscription is still active by following the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

If it's active, please remove ad re-add your account to re-sync it.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

My microsoft account won't connect to minecraft. How come it only works for xbox.

You can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone”:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

Once confirmed that they're setup correctly please make sure that you also have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription because it is required to play a paid online multiplayer game.

To check please follow the steps below:

Open it, and see what is in the Status. If it is completed, or another word

After finding the purchase, your account must be logged into the Windows microsoft store.

Check if you are logged in.

If it is, just search for the game and click download.
