Minecraft wont update and I cant uninstall, I've tried everything I can think of

Hi Pickle, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

i cant uninstall the plug and play software device enumerator driver but i tried updating it i also tried to reinstall the controller device but it still wont work

This has also been happening to me. I've tried everything on this list besides removing Gaming Services because it wont let me uninstall that. This started very shortly after a windows update as an FYI.

FYI I have tried several things already. I've tried to close the app and restart it, same with the xbox. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I've tried force stopping and clearing the data and cache of the app. I've tried everything I can
think of.

I think it might have something to do with the Minecraft bug though Before i downloaded that minecraft update TU9 everything was fine and i've been buying memberships like every other month. We just put money on our card too. And for "reasons" we cant
go buy a prepaid card at a store. I try buying on the market place. Usually if i dont have enough money it will say

"cant authorize credit card. try .... " with the yellow exclamation point on the top left corner

this time all it does is take me back to my previous screen. I realize that there is a bug with minecraft and when i ask my Gold friends they say they dont have that problem. I was thinking of deleting minecraft and then buying the membership then
redownloading minecraft or going to my uncles house and seeing if it works over there on his xbox (since he doesnt have minecraft). But I really think the problem is connected with the minecraft bug. Btw i tried several other credit card and still wont work.
